2007 Venetian Queen Candidates
Four Charleovix women competed to become the coveted Charlevoix Venetian Queen for 2007.
The Charlevoix Venetian Festival Queen competition provides both educational funding and continuing competitive opportunities for winning candidates.
Candidates must be 16 to 22 years old, have primary residence in Charlevoix or have graduated from the Charlevoix school district, be single, never have been married and have no children.
The candidates will be observed in the community prior to the festival, with the final judging consisting of an interview with judges selected from outside the Charlevoix area.
Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of overall knowledge of Charlevoix, enthusiasm, interest, pride in their city and the ability and desire to best represent the city and people of Charlevoix.
The 2007 Venetian Court are Sarah Klooster, Kimberly Way, Ariel Ramsey, and Sasha Spencley .
